My stations for independence led me from 20 years in top restaurants
to the management of Eurest Restaurant GesmbH. I was able to perform 21 operations in the food service industry and to learned
macroeconomic responsibility. A new challenge I found from 2005 in Management at WEIN & CO. Here I was
able to expand my knowledge in the fields of gastronomy, retail and online shipping. As managing director at WEIN
& CO also the expansion plan was in my area. By the end of 2012, we were able to renew and open several restaurants and stores, where I was
responsible for the complete construction management.
